Mark’s 2 year ketoversary happened this week! I’m so proud of him. We celebrated with bacon of course 🙂 People who say this way of eating isn’t sustainable just don’t understand what a powerful why can do. If you know the quality of your life depends on what you eat, your commitment becomes very strong. If you love the benefits of eating good food, feeling energetic, of living free of joint pain and diabetes, it’s very sustainable.
And here are a couple of graphs showing his changes in a1C and triglycerides both before and after keto over the last eight years. We’re so thankful! We hope you’re finding your own success story with eating real food.
